Paper Submission Guidelines

• Our academic conference accepts submissions in two formats: Full Paper (2-4 pages) or Abstract (1-2 pages). Authors may choose the format that best suits their research.
• All submissions should be made through our online submission system. Regular papers should adhere to the following guidelines:
     - Full Papers: 2-4 pages in length.
     - Abstracts: 1-2 pages in length.
• Please be aware that papers submitted in Abstract format will not be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore.

• Please note that when submitting your paper, you cannot choose between Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation; the presentation format will be determined by the review committee.
• Detailed Format: Papers should be formatted with single-spaced, two-column pages using at least 10pt font size on A4 paper. Authors have the option to use MS Word or LaTeX for paper preparation. For detailed formatting instructions, please refer to the provided templates.
